The BCCC Council sponsored a research project, conducted by Carol Scarratt, to help identify priorities for Bragg Creek Community Church and develop a shared vision for the next five years.

Phase 1 - At an Open Space event held in May 2006, BCCC members determined the top three qualities unifying our church.  It was found that:

• the church is a loving and genuine family
• the church provides and supports a strong sense of community
• the church informs, instructs and  challenges me on God and my life

Phase 2 of the project, was completed in June with a survey to all BCCC members and Focus Groups were held throughout the summer.

Phase 3 - Focus group interviews were conducted in August/September with various demographic groups from the church family.
