The Workout Objective

"so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."

  1. Some thoughts before breaking a sweat.

    1. The workout is not done in ISOLATION.

    2. The workout is not done by the COACH.

    3. The workout involves DOING the exercise.

  2. Aspects of your workout - link Truth with Love.

    1. It should be TRUTHFUL.

    2. It should be LOVING.

  3. Cross Training - Stay closely connected in fellowship with other members of the body.

    The challenge of others

    1. Accountability

    2. Responsibility

  4. Muscle isolation works outward.

    1. We start to see OTHERS instead of OURSELVES.

    2. We begin to know our IDENTITY.
